Mahesh Babu's Domination in SVSC upsets Venkatesh Fans ?

From the very beginning of the multi-starrer project 'Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu', the fans of victory Venkatesh are miffed with the fact that superstar Mahesh Babu is stealing all the lime light. Adding to Venky fans misery, Producer Dil Raju (who is known for his business acumen) has planned to unveil the first look of the film on May 31st. This particular date May 31 have a specific importance - it's superstar Krishna's birthday.

Some times the fans of Venkatesh get a doubt, 'Is their hero playing a character actor role in Mahesh's film?' "The makers of SVSC aren't giving due respect to our hero, who is much senior to Mahesh Babu in the Industry. All they need is money," says a die-hard Venky fan.

Although Venky fans were upset with the decision, the trade analysts say it's a right move by the producer to cash in on the popularity of Mahesh Babu. "Undoubtedly, Mahesh Babu is bigger than any other star in the Industry. What's wrong if the makers use his popularity in a right way? Ultimately, it helps the film," says a trade pundit.

Pawan Kalyan in Shankar’s Next Movie Details

Actor Pawan Kalyan is considered as one of the most happening actor in Telugu Box Office. Several offers are coming the way of the Tollywood star, but he is very choosy and taking up one project at a moment. Now, the grapevine is abuzz that the Power Star has given his consent to act in Tamil filmmaker Shankar’s next film.

After the success of 3 Idiots remake, director Shankar has recently announce his next project, which is a bilingual movie, made in in Tamil and Telugu.

Pawan Kalyan is playing the lead in Telugu version of his film, while Surya essays the hero’s role in Tamil version. The heroines for both versions are yet to be decided.

The movie will be a romantic action drama, which will be produced with a big budget. Along with a big production house, Shankar will co-produce the film, which is expected to hit the floors in July.

However, Pawan Kalyan is currently busy with Gabbar Singh. Once, he will complete the movie, he will start shooting for Shankar’s flick.

Surya Confirms in Singam 2 Movie

Surya the handsome actor has confirmed his next film with Hari, which is the sequel of his yesteryear blockbuster Singam.
Hari is back with his Singam team for his upcoming directorial venture Singam 2 that will have music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Hansika will be pairing opposite with Surya in this film that will showcase Anushka in a cameo role.
Singam 2 would go on floors from June, once Surya wraps up his Matraan being directed by K.V. Anand with Kajal  as Surya’s lady love.
After completing Singam 2, Surya will move onto Venkat Prabhu’s comedy venture with Tollywood actor Raviteja.

Vikram and Shankar Coming Together Again

Scores of reports have been flashed about Shankar’s next film, particularly actor playing the protagonist in the film.Reports were taking the names of Vikram and Suriya for the lead role.
But, Shankar kept his mouth shut keeping the media guess work alive. Now it is confirmed that Vikram is all set to don the protagonist role in the mega project that is being made in line with ‘Mudhalvan’ and ‘Anniyan’, the director’s earlier films.
Writers Suba – Suresh and Bala – are writing the story and dialogues for the film along with Shankar.
The story is said to be another big action-thriller drama and Vikram would again play the larger than life role in this big budget production.
A R Rahman is scoring the music and Kabilan has already written two songs for the film. The film will be dubbed and released in Telugu also as Vikram has a good fan following in Andhra also, sources say.
Vikram is currently working in director A L Vijay’s ‘Thaandavam’, with Anushka and Amy Jackson playing the female lead. The Shankar – Vikram film will go on floors once ‘Thaandavam’ is completed.

Kamal Haasan To Release Viswaroopam Movie Promo

Viswaroopam, which is touted to be Kamal Haasan’s biggest film till date, will have its promo released on May 1st.

Surya, Kajal’s Maatraan Shooting in Jodhpur

Maatraan is the upcoming movie in the great combo of Suriya, director K.V. Anand and Harris Jayraj, after their blockbuster Ayan.
Maatraan team is presently shooting their last leg in Jodhpur.Kajal Agarwal is playing Suriya’s love interest in this action thriller, which showcases Suriya in the dual roles.
Suriya has inked his hand with three tattoos for his role in Maatraan. The movie has almost completed most of its shooting parts in Russia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania and Macedonia.

Rajinikanth bonds with Aadhi for Kochadaiyaan

Superstar Rajinikanth, who is shooting for his younger daughter Soundarya R Ashwin’s debutant directorial Kochadaiyaan in Kerala, seems bonding big time with his co-star Aadhi.
Aadhi, who is enjoying the success of his latest release Aravaan directed by Vasanthabalan, has joined Kochadaiyaan team in the second schedule, as he wasn’t able to take part in the first schedule that was canned in Pinewoods, in Los Angels, due to visa problems. Aadhi was so excited to share screen space with Rajini and he was thrilled as Thalaivar enquired him about his height and his forthcoming films.
Deepika Padukone is playing Rajinikanth’s love interest in this 3D film Kochadaiyaan that also casts veteran actress Shobana, Jackie Shroff, Sarath Kumar, Nasser and Rukmini in the vital roles. Kochadaiyaan’s technical crew has cinematography by Rajiv Menon, music by AR Rahman and K.S. Ravikumar is supervising the film besides penning the script.

Thuppakki is the most awaited movie of Ilayathalapathy Vijay with Kajal Agarwal as his love interest. Director AR Murugadoss is all set to launch the firstlook posters of this action entertainer tomorrow on May 1st.
It is now reported that cinematographer Santosh Siva, who has recently won a great honor from the American Society of Cinematographers [ASC] by receiving the ASC membership, has captured the firstlook stills of Thuppakki.
Normally a still photographer will take up the photo shoot, but for the first time cinematographer has done it for Vijay in Thuppakki.
Vijay starrer seems to become one of the highlights of his career so far.
Thuppakki technical crew also includes music director Harris Jayraj, producer Kalaipuli S Thanu and editing will be by A. Sreekar Prasad.

Housefull 2 Movie Remake in Tamil with Jeeva-Vishal-Arya

Comedy films have become a favourite flavour of the season. After Delhi Belly, now, the recent hit Hindi film Housefull 2 has caught the attention of Kollywood stars.
Well, the stars like Jeeva, Vishal Krishna and Arya have set their eyes on the hit Bollywood film to remake it in Tamil.
Actor Jeeva has announced that the trio saw the movie, Housefull 2 recently. Later, they had an casual talk on the possibilities of remaking it in Tamil.
The fun elements in the film attracted them and they also wished to star in the Kollywood version. However, it is not sure whether the actors can make it to the project, as they are busy with their on projects.
Housefull 2, which is said to be inspired by Tamil movie Bandha Paramasivam, was directed by TP Gajendran and produced by Selvakumar, under the Varshini Films banner.
The movie cast comprised Abbas, Rambha, Kalabhavan Mani, Livingston, P Vasu, Monica, Manivannan, and Manobala. Though this movie was not a big hit, considering the success of the Hindi film, there are chances of remaking the film with a different kind of presentation, claims a report.

Ramya Krishna is all set to return to the silver after a two-year-long hiatus. The actress has been signed up to act in Allari Naresh’s next flick.

Anushka to replace Vidya Balan?
